Marcus, my one year old grandson, stretched out his hand to grab hold of the page my daughter was reading to him. She was not finished reading and said,
“No Marcus, you want control,
but Momma is in control of this book”.
She proceeded to read on, and he did not seem very tuned in to her words since his mind was anxious to see the next page!
The Lord spoke to my heart....”If you are always wanting to “go on” to the next thing, think about the next day...and dream about the next page of your LIFE....you are going to miss my words for you TODAY.
....we miss the way when we are hasty
The very thing you need for tomorrow is being offered to you in TODAY'S wisdom.
Today, our Father gives all we will need for the moment. And as we watch, wait and listen...He will grant our hearts faith, for the next step.
"Faith comes by hearing, and hearing the word of God..."
