Treasure Hunters

Why seek?
Why consider?
Why listen?
Why take heed?

With spiritual vision the answer is clear - "that it may go well with us". When we have clear spiritual vision our hearts cry:

"You have the words of eternal life." When are eyes are single, we see Jesus as the One in whom all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge have been hidden and ourselves as treasure hunters.

When we have lost our spiritual vision, His word loses its importance, His way seems hard and His promises lose their appeal.

The Gospel is only GOOD NEWS to those who believe.

With a heart of faith we draw near to God because He is good and His reward is so enriching.

Without faith, we speculate, hesitate and deviate because we have lost our vision of His kindness that once led us to repentance.

The Ephesians were told to "remember the height from which you have fallen." We are upon the heights when our vision of God's goodness is clear and our hearts are saying "seek His face."

The mind of the Spirit is life and peace and those who are being led by the Spirit are finding the abundant life in Jesus.

Is it "GOING WELL with us?" Are we experiencing the life MORE ABUNDANT that Jesus came to give us?

God is good - those with faith say "TASTE and SEE" - IT IS GOING VERY WELL WITH US!

IS IT GOING WELL WITH US or have we fallen from a great height?

A recent word that Alan sent out to friends.
